Return Eligibility & Timelines

  • 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Requests raised after this period cannot be accommodated.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible, items must be strictly unopened, unused, intact in their original packaging, with all labels and security seals unbroken. You will also need to share your order receipt or invoice.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Any package sent back to us without prior formal approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Individual Variability: Our formulations are made with herbal and natural ingredients. Because individual skin types, sensitivities, and body chemistries differ, results and reactions vary from person to person.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable or responsible for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, irritations, or unintended side effects. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

  • No Medical Advice: Content on our website is for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Consult a medical practitioner if you have ongoing skin issues, allergies, or chronic health conditions.

Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Orders

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives:

  • If you receive a damaged box, a leaking container, or the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number along with clear unboxing photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damaged product.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or appropriate resolution.

Return Steps

  1. Email us at aruayurved@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, clear pictures of the item, and the reason for the return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with dispatch instructions and the return shipping details.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product-for-product swaps. If an item is eligible for return, email us to process the return. Once approved and processed, you may place a new order on aruayurveda.com.

Refunds & Processing

  • After your returned parcel is delivered back and inspected by our team, we will send an email confirmation regarding your refund status.

  • If approved, the funds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 7 to 10 business days.

  • If you have not received your credited funds after 15 business days of our approval notification, please contact us at aruayurved@gmail.com.
